Finally, got to try Rachel’s today! I’ve been waiting for years and let me tell you it was worth the wait! I had the breakfast bowl and it was delicious! The potato’s were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection and that HAM ! 12/10 recommend! I will be back to try the Rueben and the hot roast beef! Thanks Rachel & team for the hospitality and fast, friendly service!

Breakfast is crowded on the weekends. Packed full and waiting. It’s worth a little wait. The zero form the waitress is fabulous. The owner and his wife cooks home made meals. Parking okay along the street. Clean neighborhood, family friendly.

Great restaurant. Very fast service, the waitress was very efficient and straight to the point. I had steak and eggs it was incredible. Really nice to see a small business thrive in the Ohio Valley.

Amazing place to have a down home breakfast. Calm atmosphere. The waitress was respectful and stayed busy taking orders, delivering food, bussing table while and greeting and seating people as they walked in the door. The food was all amazing. I highly recommend the sausage gravy with tater tots. A most stop while in Wheeling.

I had the 6 Breakfast which included 2 eggs cooked the way I like them, my choice of 2 sausage patties ( links or bacon were options), home fries cut from baby red potatoes ( not little uniform squares like you get in frozen bags), and toast. All of my food and the coffee was fresh and delicious. Plus it was next door to my dermatologist office. Our server was cheerful and friendly. I will definitely return to this restaurant.

I think that might have been the best reuben I have ever had. I know it is good when I feel inspired to try to make it at home and I am absolutely going to try to make it at home. This place is a gem.

Great place with excellent breakfast and lunch, very reasonable prices. We have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. The roast beef sandwich is my favorite!

If you’re in the Wheeling area and looking for a great local place for Breakfast, Rachel’s on 16th is an absolute WIN! VERY reasonable and everything was delicious! Breakfast here was half the cost of a chain and MUCH better! Under 8.00 for the photo below!
